MY Coloured Zebra

Today i am going to make a start on to colouring the zebra in and if i dont get finshed today i will finish my zebra next week.

Today i got my zebra finished and i used a paintbrush to paint the orange and i used a paint bucket to the purple, pink and blue colors. When doing the background i chose a paint inside tool so it didn't matter if i scribbled over the green,blue,pink or purple  and it made it easier to do the background. I enjoyed doing this because it gave us an understanding on different graphics and we were able to  our own vector graphics.

Evaluation:

I have learnt how to use different tools on flash and also how to import pictures on to flash. 

I think  the edges could of been straighter and colors could have been brighter. However, I enjoyed working on this project and doing something new and creative.

Visit to Star Radio

Today we went to Star Radio.
 We had a chance to few the studios and we went in the presentation room on the bussiness floor.
We all spoke to different staff members and asked them some questions on there job.
 Also we got to hear about all the different roles the newsrepoter has to do also we had found out what type of job roles the djs done and what type of jobs the business department done and what other staff had to do.
Also we found out what you had to do to start working in a radio station to gain experiance to start working there you would need to do vountary work to start off and work your way p once ou have got a job and enough experiance.
Also if you are a newsreporter and jounalist you always ave to be on your toes seacing for stories and report them.

I thought the visit went really well and i enjoyed seeing the different roles people do within the radio.

A vector image is an image made up of shapes. Also you cannot save it and even though you zoom out over and over again the image will never blur.

My Flash graphic

this is an animation i have made in flash.

What we have been doing for Arts Award

We have done little tasters of flash, photoshop ,doing short films, animation and claymation and video .


In flash we had traced over characters and changed the colours of the characters and we could of added a background and changed the colour of the background.
I really like flash because it is good on how we can add different colours to the outline when tracing an image and add different colours to the image and if we wanted to we could possibly make the character move.


In photoshop we change files from one type of file to another type of file or we can upload pictures to edit. Or we change the filters and backgrounds of images.
i dont really like photoshop as i find it to difficult to use.



when we went to the pop up cinema in newcastle and we could of chosen from 2 films and me and my group chose a zombie film to act and we had to get dressed up.
It was really good because we had a profesional film crew here to help us and it was really good when we went because we learnt about the cameras and different camera shots.


In animation we look at all different types of animation and i enjoy doing this as you get to learn about all types of  animation.



In claymation we get to create clay models and objects but before this we have to plan our characters and story on a story board and then make our characters then we get to video our claymation.
I really enjoy this because its really fun to do and fun to make the models.



In video we learn about different angles and shots and all the different cameras and tripods and make short films.
I dont really mind doing this as i dont like getting filmed.



I would really like to do flash because i enjoy to do different characters into flash and doing all the different layers and shows different work i have done.

Today we filmed  our animation and i enjoyed doing it even though it was tricky not to move the camera

To day we were doing some animation and today we used modelling clay to create models and i made a carrot and a tortoise.






I really enjoyed doing this because it makes us think what we want to make and do.

 

 

I enjoyed doing this on Photoshop because i enjoyed messing about with the different effects.

I have learnt how to use the different effects on Photoshopand learnt how to ude photoshop.

Hi my name is Yasmin.

I played a zombie 

in this short pop up film 

for my Bronze art award. 

This film was made 

at the Pop up Cinema 

at the shopping centre at 

Eldon Square in Newcastle, 

we filmed our short film 

on the 3rd of September 2013. 

I done this 60 second 

film as part of my media
